Overview
MediBot is a personal project I worked on as part of my exploration into medical app design. Using Figma, I created a prototype for an app that gives users medical advice based on their symptoms, offering an alternative to visiting a doctor right away in non-urgent situations. The goal of the app was to help people get quick and reliable healthcare information, making medical advice more accessible when it's needed most.

The Challenge
The main challenge was designing an app that was simple to use but still provided accurate medical guidance. I had to make sure the app wasn’t overwhelming for users while ensuring the information it provided was clear and trustworthy. Plus, designing the prototype in Figma to simulate how the app would work in real life required some creative problem-solving to make the experience smooth and intuitive.
The Solution
To tackle these challenges, I designed a simple, easy-to-navigate interface that allowed users to quickly input symptoms and receive useful guidance. I used Figma's prototyping tools to create a functional mock-up of the app, focusing on creating a smooth user flow. The design aimed to be clear and approachable, with minimal text and a clean layout to avoid confusion.
The Result
Through the MediBot project, I gained valuable experience in designing user interfaces for medical applications, particularly in balancing simplicity with the need for clear, reliable information. I learned how to use Figma’s prototyping tools more effectively, developing skills in creating interactive, functional prototypes that simulate real-world usage. This project also deepened my understanding of designing for accessibility, ensuring that users could easily navigate and understand the information provided. Overall, I enhanced my ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly, impactful designs.
